Two obvious causes are she has selected the small load button and crammed it full or the more likely one is she is using auto soap powder, it should be hand wash powder.

long shot
check the agitator these machines the top half of the agitator moves in one directon but is locked in the other by small pawls that wear and allow agitator not to wash properly
test hold top of agitator turn by hand clockwise and anticlockwise should lock in 1 direction cant remember which

I have seen a few customers who put detergent powder in the fabric softer cup on top of agitator.

😥 😕
Customer has just rung to say that the small fuse appears to have blown again.
Any reason for this, why do they use such a tiny fuse on a big dryer like this?

i assume you put the right type of fuse in
must be T 6.3a not F 6.3a
have seen other posts about these dryers the top loader autos use the same fuse but in the dryers case i think if you overload it the motor will blow the fuse as it changes direction on start up

Oops,
Sorry for not clearing this one up. When I returned I found the wiring harness plug that plugs into the back of the console was loose. Possibly pulled out a little when I was changing the fuse. 😳
Pushed it back in and away it went. 😀
It was a 6.3A time delay fuse I fitted. 😉
