whirlpool hd wm 1100 9 kg

hullo folks got a hdwm100 9kg big beast
the fella brought it in saying it does not complete its cycle when i try it on any cycle it will lock i can hear the solonoid actually fire if i try the door it is locked it will then take water for 10 seconds then i hear the solonoid fire again and it unlocks

it does this on any cycle including spin only which makes me wonderif
1door lock is faulty and not staying locked
2pcb is faulty there are 3 on this machine one at base for motor one at top rear and one behind fascia panel have inspected all and seem visably ok
3 pump or motor fault motor reads through so does pump
but neither will actually activate so i am unsuire as to whether this machine tests them b4 it starts and aborts when it find a fault
also are there any diagnostic routines for this or error codes as i dont seem to be able to find any but would assume that there are and its just me being blind
realise its an odd one but ideas please 😀

right floks further inspection revealed a piece of plastic in the pump so i am assuming that as the machine tryed to drain it realised that the pump was not running i removed the plastic and the machine works but…
i need to tap the pump housing as the pump has been damaged so can someone(dave) advise me as to a price for the pump on this appliance and can i get it through yourselves?
