hi there
fault comming up is fh, too slow on fill
cleaned valve filters cold was full of crap.
customer now says every now and then fault re-appears they have had this machine for about two years now so i presume water pressure hasnt changed and no water works has been carried out at the property

Could be more clogging up at the in-line tap especially if it’s one of those self plumb fittings which only tap a small hole in the pipe. The fact that the filter was clogged up after only two years shows the supply is not too clean.
