Whirlpool (IKEA 40048876DRY110W – 857565115013) Not heating

Hi Folks,

I have a problem with my Condenser Dryer in that it is not heating.
I had read on the forum that it could be the thermostats and/or the heating element. I have since replaced both and still the heater on the tumble dryer is not working…can anyone help please

Remove cover plate below the door.

It’s p/no 4812 282 08008 if you find that it’s open circuit. spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will get you promptly of required.

Thermostat removed and new one ordered.

I received my exhaust thermostat through the post yesterday, fitted it and thanks to your advice my dryer is working again.
This is a really helpful forum unlike some others I am a member of.
