I have the above dishwasher with a ‘7 flash’ error code showing after about 10 seconds fill.

The known error codes lists shows this as a ‘flow meter failure’

I can’t find a flow meter listed for this appliance.

Can anyone tell me where it is situated on the machine, how does it work and does it have a different name?

The machine has been installed incorrectly .. (it’s sitting on two blocks of wood under the base but not on the feet.

I can’t get the kickstrip inspection panel off as the weight of the machine is pushing down on the panel. 😡

I can’t pull it out as it’s wedged in with another block of wood hammered in over the top of the machine. 👿

I have told the customer (letting agent) that they will need to get it out and I will come back and fix it.

Any help will be much appreciatted.

Hi Bob
The flow meter is incorporated in the water tank on the L/H side p/no 481241868147.
Can also be a kinked fill hose or low water pressure causing same fault 😉

Also be careful with the wires between the c/b & the flowmeter card, we sometimes get problems there
