Whirlpool Intigrated Freezer

Purchased an intigrated freezer and fridge with my Ikea kitchen. Freezer is constantly icing up, had it replaced once already. Now replacement one is doing the same. Engineer believes its the unit its housed in, but this is how Ikea sells their kitchens and appliances. The fan now constantlly making a noise. Anyone have same problem or a solution to the problem?

have had situations where the freezer is set too far back so the cabinet door closes before the freezer door. this leave the freezer door slighlty open and frosts everthing up
