where is located the back board on my 3 year old Whirlpool Model S20B RSB21 A/G
i just spoted the front board 😀 i need to know where is the other one, if my model has two or one circuit boards…

problems:

water dispenser is not continous
fridge is now regulated to 2º and it is not cold, the freezer its ok
all time noise from the fan samewere inside
beep noise and message F/C for about 30 seconds or -/- message and all the doors are closed.

back board is round the back behind the” very sharp!”lowwer panel in the r/h sade in a white box or a grey box on the older versions……

thanks its located right now. (with your help)

but seems to be ok, there is nothing burned…lol
only a non stop clicking noise from the control box when i activate the ice maker 😈

ideas?

what do i need to repair in both boards?

i called whirlpool, and they are gonna change the 2 pcb boards free of charges! 😀

Ive asked this question a few times before but never had a straight answer. I have one of these whirlpool american freezers and I got the usual problems listed by many on here .ie defrosting alarms ect . I initially changed changed the main caps on the rear board and this cured the problem temporaly . So I decided to perchase a new board from here and it still doesnt work . The fridge leds say 5 and the feezer says – – and flashes and beeps . Round the back the compressor is hot and the fan works . My question is do I have to replace the front board as well as the rear . I asked this before but they were saying can u check commpressor ,fan ect… I don’t know how old the fridge is but my serial number for fridge is 858617215000 110607009580 So I just need to know if its one board or two .thanks billy
