Hi, can someone please confirm which module is which on Whirlpool dishwashers.

Many have two modules, one in the door and one in the base. One is known as the timer and one as the user board.

Am I correct that the one in the door is always known as the “user” board and the one in the base as the “timer”?

I don’t have a model number to hand but I can find one if need be. I just need to be sure of the normal terminology.

    Many thanks

    Bob
