AWOE9558S..12nc:859298915000.
Not seen one of these before, customer reports a spanner in the display and she thinks it showed C02, C06 & C21 at various times, stopped in the middle of cycle full of water. I asked her to check the filter first and she found a couple of coins but the fault persisted.When I called this afternoon she also mentioned a leak.
I found a small, black rubber hose detached from the back of the drum, top left, similar to the set up on some BSH machines.
Are the various fault codes likely to have been caused by water splashing out of this hose, it seemed to run OK after I refitted it.
