    Can any kind person tell me what error code 5 indicates on a Whirlpool for Ikea MWN410M built-in microwave?

    Same micro wave same problem.

    Pretty sure it is the inverter board type usually the magnetron either mag down to earth or cracked magnets Whirlpool advise to change invertor board and mag as a pair pretty expensive repair

    looked up the odd one and cant see error 5

    got 1,2,3,4 then 7,8,9

    also seems to be standard MW with a transformer would need 12nc to be certain
