whirlpool oven

Hi can anybody offer me some advice about the wife’s oven 😀 tonight while using it she said that it was taking a lot longer than normal to cook food there is heat what checks could i do If any to narrow it down to find the problem , also just noticed that the fan is not working the element is glowing orange so i’m tinking it’s the fan thats the problem

Hello skip. From your description the fan motor has failed. The oven element is circular and won’t provide correct amount of heat inside the oven without the fan. Whirlpool part no. 481236118447
