AFAIK, the board is not configured but is done so by cutting out links as per the instructions supplied guided by a mysterious number that is quoted on the rating plate…..the one I did recently did not have any such number so I took a wild guess….and it worked and no recall so far.
these are horrible ovens! Expect the word STOP as soon as you re connect the power which may or may not dissapear by fiddling with the buttons.
I had the same fault as you, power board was the culprit but I had changed the ntc first with no result but left it in anyway.
