Whirlpool Oven AKZ495 cutting out

please any help or advice on this one would be great, i came across a built under whirlpool AKZ495 which when the select the temp and press centre button it goes to start to heat and fan comes on but then it cuts out and goes back to STOP in display and then turning the knobs and pressing centre button will do nothing. Then with a bit of time the centre button operates again but same thing happens when selecting fan oven and temperature it just cuts out again.

Any ideas?? I am thinking control module i.e the bit behind the 2 knobs which links to power module by ribbon cable is at fault but would like any input please. 😀

It wont be display module. You nee to go for main PCB which you configre by cutting links to suit model number.

well it was the selector module as i suspected, replaced and all is good.
