    The customer reported her Whirlpool fan oven resets back to 160degrees when she is cooking on a higher temperature.
    She can increase the temperature and it starts to cook OK then it may reset to 160*
    When we called out the oven works perfectly.
    160degrees is the default temperature when the oven function is selected.

    Anyone had this fault ?

    Christmas is just around the corner and she is worried she won’t be able to cook the turkey – the oven has been faulty for 6 months – it drives you mad!!

    when you originally posted I did look this unit up. the service info did not give a lot of help
