It’s not the element or wiring, just no power from the PCB. Trouble is I’ve replaced the PCB and no change. Not getting a fault code for the NTC, can these go down without the fault code showing? Any other ideas? Or suggested therapy for an engineer with no hair left to pull out?

    Cheers, Hodgheg.

It could be a break in the door wiring loom. Separate the 2 halves of the wiring duct and look carefully. 😉

    Hope that helps,

    Steve.

It could be the NTC, they dont always give a fault code.

Cheers, all (especially Jackster) it turned out to be the NTC. Still showing a resistance and it changed with temperature but the board didn’t like it for whatever reason. New NTC, problem solved. I hate fitting parts they don’t need, especially expensive ones, but you live and learn…
