whirlpool s20b-a/g fridge freezer

hi there,
not been out to this call as of yet but customer says ice is being made in solid state but not cubing or dispensing, any help would be great, thanks.

You’ll need to see what is going on with this one.
There’s a built in diagnostic. Switch the power off to the machine, switch it back on and immediately open the freezer door and look at the right hand optic. It will flash a code to you. Don’t have the codes to hand but can remember that 2 flashes is faulty optics, 3 is faulty icemaker.
