Hi guys,
I couldn’t find any posts regarding my problem amongst the many for this infamous f/freezer.After having both boards repaired and function tested, the appliance has been on all night and working ok.The customer is now saying its tripping the electrics when she’s opening the freezer door!pointer’s much appreciated.

Check the door switch which may have moisture ingress especially if there is condensation/ice in that area.
The void in which the switch sits is sometimes filled with insulating foam which will make the switch impossible to remove.
If it is then you may have to dig out the switch piece by piece and sort out the wiring.

Defrost heater down to earth ……happens a lot

thanks guys,i’ve had more info from custoner.it was tripping when she was closing the door,now its tripping without using doors so will look at defrost heater and that area, the door opening was throwing me!
