Whirlpool S20BRSS31 Side By Side | Cooling duty cycle

Hi,

I have acquired a S20BRSS31 refrigerator through the purchase of a new home. Initially it would not cool down and I ended up getting the front and rear logic boards replaced.

Now that the unit is working I have a question regarding how frequent the interior air circulating fan and the compressor should be running. It is a large unit and I assume therefore well insulated.

If I have not opened either fridge or freezer doors for a while it seems the interior fan still runs about every 10 minutes for about 10 minutes. The compressor cuts in every so often (I have not stood around to time this yet).

Also, using an fridge/freezer thermometer the fridge temp appears to be what is set on the control panel but the freezer is registering a few degrees warmer? Could this indicate an issue? How accurate is the control panel at setting a temperature to the nearest degree?
