Hello. I’ve got a customer with one of these and I’m thinking she may have a problem with the infra red.
She had no problems with her ice machine until she replaced the filter. The unit has ice in it but it is not harvesting, there is a hum from the back board until you turn off the ice maker. The infra red does not light up at all (I tried unplugging and turning back on with freezer door open). The water is coming through fine but the display is reading 1{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} for the filter even though it is new. I have not worked on this model so excuse me if this is something silly….can anyone help.
