the above f/f is clicking, looking at previous posts it seems to be the board. when you open the fridge or freezer door it stops. appliance has defrosted.
can you tell me if it is the boards that need replacing and which if not both.

The only other number on the machine is
11040 026 427.

Hiya, Serial number would indicate a later model with newer electronics so if the rear board is clicking it should only be that one to replace.

I’ve got the same machine, serial no. 110421013075 ; the rear board relay that supplies the water inlet valve is clicking on and off so the water is pulsing through the valve, and the customer complains of clicking starting when he opens the door, although I didn’t hear it. The appliance isn’t de-frosting.

Do I need to change both boards or just the rear one, does anyone know?

MS; did changing the rear board solve your problem?
