    this is my own f/f,ice dispenser has stopped working,the water is fine and the ice maker is functioning,but motor for grinding/dispensing ice is dead,i have taken off the front panel and tested the micro switch and have power to the aforementioned,i am thinking the motor but someone may know different,any ideas would be appreciated 8)

    i have put it on self test and am getting 01-00-01-00 etc anybody know what this code means or is it ok and possibly the rear board gone faulty as so many before have, 😕

    You need to run the diagnostics test (manual Procedure)

    The easy start is to test if the motor is turning on the ice maker mould by patching a lead accross the relevant terminals.

    I don’t have the info to hand but if the details form the OP is not available, I will look for it for you.

    Ice maker motor failures on these are the most common.
