This machine is puzzling me. Customer complained that fridge not cold enough (his own thermometer saying 12o). When i get there im confronted with a couple of issues. First the door frame is hot, so i check condensor fan ok. Condensor thick with fluff so i clean thoroughly. Within 10 mins frame is cooler but still very little cold air coming through fridge baffle, even though evaporator is clear of ice and is nicely frosted. Then i discover that when ice maker is switched on (customer had turned off cos of noise) the dreaded relay clicking from rear board can be heard. When this happens i noticed that it causes the evaporator fan to pulse. The evaporator fan works fine when ice maker is off.
Now after checking out the baffle i notice although it definetly works it seems to be almost closed all the time. This seems to be the reason why the fridge is not cold enough. Now is this all to do with the faulty board or is the baffle problem something to do with the sensor as the customer says he has had the ice maker off for a couple of weeks and the fridge has been ok?
Also the fridge and freezer display shows normal temperatures and no errors or alarm.Ive changed loads of boards on these but only for “complete no go” or defrost problems.
Has anyone had baffle problems like this and what was the answer?

Replaced board, both sensors show correct readings, baffle working, defrost system working, evaporator fully frosted, evaporator fan working, condensor fan working, condensor clean, yet fridge will only get down to 8-10c .

Any other ideas please!

Sensor? Its about half way down at the back of the fridge, not uncommon for those to go faulty.
