    I am having a defrost problem with my Whirlpool S20B RSS31-A/G. After some weeks it cant keep temperature and the freezer gets iced up. I have recently replaced the rear control board because of other problems. But the defrost problem is still there.
    Maybe some of you have some suggestions for actions?!

    Q’s: Does this model have a “Defrost Timer” or is it an adaptive timer?
    If it has a timer, where is it mounted? I dont find this as a spare part for this model.

    I can see that there is an defrost thermostat as spare part?
    Where is this mounted?

    There should be a defrost sensor on the freezer evaporator and it sounds as if you could have an issue with that.
