Be better if you get the numbers below the barcode TBH 😉

12 is not a valid error code.

Ok, without model number lets use say AWO/D 5516 which is a 6th sense, F12 would be a heating circuit fault 😀

Re: Whirlpool sixth sense fault code????

I went back to this machine and checked the heater and wiring everything OK NTC seemed ok but I wasn’t 100 {e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} so ordered a new NTC. Fitted new NTC yesterday and machine filled up and started to wash, I drained it off and repeated on a few different wash programs all seemed ok (previously the machine starteded to fill then flashed F12). Good Times 😀

Got a call this morning, customer set machine on a wash after I left and 20 mins into the program F06. He then set the machine on to a rinse and spin program and got f12. Bad times 🙁

The model no. is AWO / D5506

    Any help much appreciated 😕
