The freezer on this is not cooling although the customer says it is getting cold at the bottom. Customer also says the fridge isnt getting cold enough although I dont know how much to read into that.
I went out but they had it switched off.However I couldn’t get the fan in the freezer to run but it did give a kick when the fridge door was opened and closed ❓
The compressor is running and so is the compressor cooling fan. The freezer evaporator was starting to cool at the bottom. I have replaced the rear board but the fault is still the same.
I seem to remember somewhere about having to replace both boards together but.. was that just for older models?
Is the front board just a display board on this or does it do some controlling?
Any help greatly appreciated.

No Im sure your model only requires rear board. I would check the bi-metal stat on defrost heater, they sometimes pop-apart, check the de-frost heater is working as if not it gives the exact fault you are describing.
If you dispense the ice or water does the led display flash? If it does you will need a front board, the fron board does control various components.
