Customer left a voicemail regarding a Whirlpool American style F/F not cooling, says it runs o.k for a few days, then temp’ rises in both cabinets. (i’ve previously advised them to totally defrost it) it went o.k for a week or so.
Not done Whirlpool ones before, anything to look out for on this particular one, says they have it 10 years. Was suspecting defrost cycle, fans on evap’ or condenser, anyone got tech’ info or parts diagrams, dismantling advise?
