So who are the lucky ones that have the very few Atea whirlpool stats left in the two islands. Id say they are like gold dust at this stage. Had a customer come in today with a problem with their integrated whirlpool fridge and they where quite disappointed when I explained the mess up by whirlpool for not producing the Ranco thermostats to fit the housing required to fit the fridge and the issue hasn’t resolved by Whirlpool yet. We won’t be fitting the Ranco stats until they issue is resolved.
Rumour has it that they are in the process of making a bracket to conform with the Ranco thermostat. Hope it happens soon.
