    Morning gents.
Got a job to got to on Monday with the above machine, it is only 14 months old. I haven’t seen one of these top loaders for a while, it is the kind like the Bosch and ‘newer’ Hotpoint, a front loader drum with a trap door in the top!
Customer tells me when she selects a wash, it appears to drain for a few seconds, rotote the drum a couple of times and after about 20 seconds the ‘Service’ light together with the ‘wash’ and ‘rinse’ lights come on and the ‘start’ light is flashing.
Anybody with any ideas where to start? The UK Whitegoods fault code book only gives clues for models with LED displays, which this one doesn’t have!
    Thank you, in anticipation!
