    Hi,
    I’ve just had a women on the phone with a Whirlpool top loader AWT 5108/3 856151015380.
    She says the springs have gone on the drum inner doors, not the outer lid. The flaps do not spring open.
    Can you get the springs seperately or are they part of the drum. I’ve never had this fault before.

    If anybody can help it would be appreciated.

    part no 481244010746 is listed as lid inner + hook + spring
