    3RLSQ8000JQ3.

A very rare beast in these parts, must be nigh on five years since I last touched one.

The common failure of the rubber/plastic drive between motor and gearbox has occurred on this one.

I have done a couple of these in the past but can’t remember if it was essential to remove the cabinet or can this be changed without removing the cabinet?

    TIA. Jim.

    Cabinet off.
Unless you are double jointed. 😆

I’ve always done these from underneath. But then I am very slim.

I’m sure it will all come back to me once I start. 8) It is in a garage with plenty of room to work thankfully.

taking cab off is so simple on these
    2 screws
    2 clips
    and a plug

    not worth leaving it on

Yes, I do remember all of that Dave, especially the two big spring clips.

I also remember that it was easier to get the cabinet off than get it back on again, getting the lugs along the lower front edge to slot back in was awkward for someone of smaller stature like myself. 😀

Sorted this afternoon, like riding a bike it soon comes back to you, took all of 15 minutes to do from underneath. 🙂
