    I have a Whirlpool AFG820NF upright freezer and the green light should stay on but has been intermittent and is now off all the time. Freezer temperature is ok at -15. Please can anyone tell me how to get access to the green light so that I can investigate?

    Hi,

    Can you give us the 12NC number from the rating plate as that model number doesn’t seem to exist.

    The average temperature should be about -18?C.

    I cannot find a ratings plate inside the freezer but I have 2 barcodes from the paperwork. They are 8549 820 15000 and 50 0727 011809.
