does anyone no what e14 means on the latest type of w/pl w/d. 12nc,853730415400.nothing on my sios.guessing its some sort of motor/module failure as no drain action.[its the horrible smeg version]

It’s the dryer NTC at fault for E14 and they do very odd things when they fail, I’ve fitted a couple.

The Smeg part number is 817890012 it may be cheaper than the Whirlpool recoded part 😉

Just got back to this one.Customer on there hols.Problem solved with said ntc.Thanks again Dave,must admit i was slightly concerned that this would solve it.should never have doubted you.
