Whirlpool washing machine DLCE 71469. Perfect when I am checking it, User showed me a video of loud noise when drum is not turning, it’s not a pump noise.
it has a strange looking motor, transformer looking device mounted on side of motor and large pulley which I assume is slipping.
i have quoted for motor but advised uneconomical to repair.
anyone had this problem.
