Wondering if anyone can help. I’ve put a soap tray hose on this one, then customer tells me drier clicks off after 3-5 mins. I’ve checked the fan ,heater,and air flow. I’m thinking it’s the program unit but a bit nervous about getting involved. The service number is 8575 41015300. Thanks for any info.

Forgot to say it’s identical inside to the Servis washer drier.
