    Hi, Customer says she set the program, switched on the machine and it tripped the RCD. Reset the RCD and now the machine is dead except for the red light which is on. Any ideas please?

    Dead machine is usually worn brushes with Whirlpool. May also explain why the RCD tripped. 😉

    Nah, it’s a SMEG in a dress…… No idea what it will be; I’d start with d/int and pcb.
