    Hi,
    I have a Zanussi Whirlpool 6th sense WWDC 7440 model about 2006.
Have recently had a problem with the “clean pump” light coming on. After checking pump and plumbing and scratching my head for a bit I finally narrowed it down to a cap that fits inside the outlet housing with the outlet hose then going around the housing. The seems to have been working loose with the flush out and causing it to block somehow. Anyway I have took the cap out and all seems okay. Just wondering if this is a common problem and although have looked can not seem to find spares for it. Obviously the cap was enabling a seal to occur with the ping pong ball inside the outlet hose but seems a little strange to have a part that can work loose and cause this to happen?
Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

it looks like I may have a part missing that the cap fits into?
