whirlpool wwdi6400 washer

hi ive been to this washer where there is no lights or power whatsoever .. there is power into the pcb but everything is dead.. could anything externally open circuit cause this or is it most likely pcb which they don’t want doing.. cheers

if there is no light or power what so ever then got to be pcb

it may be the power supply chips on the pcb and some can be repaired
