I have found the TOC that sits on the back of the programmer on this dishwasher to be open circuit. When bypassed the dw seems to be running normally. I need the part No for the TOC; also if anyone else has seen this before; is there something else causing the toc to operate?

Thanks in advance for any information.

    Hi Tom,

Had exactly the same myself. Was guessing it had either failed for no reason or the NTC had failed, causing overheating. Do you have a part number and how did you resolve this?

Connect Dist say there is no TOC listed and suggest buying a new module at £92 ex VAT. Whirlpool’s phone just rings, and I’ve tried feeding numbers from the TOC into a Google search but to no avail. What a farce.

The part is listed under 4801 401 02126 TCO Bimetal Fuse but is no longer available. They say that there is a conversion cable kit c/w the fuse but really helpful as ever do not give any part numbers for this. Are there any numbers printed on the original part ?

PM you email if you req any further info

    Colin
