    hi got a call to go to on above w/m not familiar to the brand but thought try to do it. customer says light comes on but wont start. any pointers to look for with this model

    Like all the rest Tedd, check interlock, pump, heater and motor connections for starters….go for it! 😉

    Motor brushes are a good bet

    The whirlpool machines will not do anything if motor brushes are worn away – check motor carbons which is normally the fault.
