Whirpool dishwasher door not closing

Hi this Dishwasher ADG937 the door will not close. I found the shoes which are common have broken and i changed them thinking this was the fault but the door doesn’t close as if the door is bent. any help would be great.

if the door is pointing downwards when opened then yes left and right hand hinges

hi thanks for the quick reply the door seems to be at the normal position but can only think it can be the hinges.

i once got caught out with one of these buggers 👿 changed hinges etc, only to find that the baskets inside had got something behind it,stopping it going all the way back 😳 therefore not allowing door to close. 😳

i took the baskets out thought this was the problem

yep been caught out with one of these aswell. the top basket wasnt pushed all the way back and wasnt in contact with the water inlet bit therefore preventing the door from closing. it took longer to replace the wooden door trim once i found the problem. wont get caught out like that again !!!! 😉 😆
