Whirpool dishwasher filling with water when off

Morning all, any help with this one please, reports filling with water over night (clean water), so fitted new water valve to it seemed ok for a day . But now same fault , any ideas what could be up,
Can the water chamber maybe be the cause

Hi Raymond,

Only two ways it can get in, a solenoid valve that is letting by or water back filling through the waste hose.

Ending up was the waste , even thou outlet hose was in standpipe it was back filling
