    Hi,

    The heating element seems to heat-up, can select the temperature up tp 250C, but the fan does not work/rotate.

    What could be done?

    Grateful for any advice.

    PS. Oven came with the property I just bought, the previous owner says all worked fine…

    Hi there

    Because of the way some ppl cook there food, it can get a little damp and greasy. you should not use you over tell you get this sorted out as it will damage the heating element.

    switch off you oven by the mains first.

    Inside the over there should be a cover, covering the fan.
    unscrew the cover and just try and move the fan with your hand to see if it runs freely. there can stick a little if there have not be used for some time.

    once you have done that, just turn the mains back on and see if the fan will start but make sure there is nothing blocking the fan.

    let me know what happens?
