Whirpool Oven

Whirpool Single Oven AKP509 basic conventional has a problem not reaching correct temp. For eg. set on 150 switches off at about 60.

Customer has just moved in to house with this machine so not sure if any one has already looked at it.

It has three knobs.
1/A selector switch which sets (light,base element,oven element & grill position)
2/The Temp setting thermostat,
3/Grill regulator

If you switch selctor to grill position then put grill regualtor on the neon goes out 😕 put the temp setting on then seems to work but not properly.
Why have seperate grill switch if you need temp setting as well?

Have change thermostat still makes no difference, could it be a wiring fault and has anyone got wiring diagram to check this.
