    Hello,

    I moved into a flat where a integrated oven was installed by builder. When I tried to switch on the oven, the display showed up ‘ STOP’.

    Make: Whirlpool
    Model no: AKZ151/IX
    Serial no: 858515115040

    Having looked at the Whirlpools website for a manual and tried possible remedies, I havent been able to start the oven. The following is the extract from the manual, which I have tried already.

    STARTING THE OVEN
    When the oven is connected to the power supply for the first time, or re-connected after a
    power failure, the display shows “ ”.
    To start the oven:
    • turn knob 1 to “0”.
    • press button 2. The display shows “–:–”

    Any ideas?

    Re: Whirpool oven

    Turn the main oven knob to the off position
    Press small centre button till digits lights up in bottom r/h corner of display
    Turn right hand knob to adjust to correct time
    Press centre knob to set
    Oven should work normaly now
