Got a fault with no heat but everything works.

    Checked heater – ok
    Stats – ok
    Switches – ok
Pump – can’t get to it but seems to work
    Motor – works
    Insulation reading of 37 mohms

Wondering if the timer the culprit?

you say you have checked stats but you also say you cant get at pump
does this mean you have not checked exhaust stat ?

I did not get to the pump, but I can say that the pump is working.

No I have not checked the exhaust stats. It’s condensing so would they have exhaust stats? If so, where would I find it and how to get there?

they are at the front same as non condensor attached to the filter housing.
got to take the rear off to get at and that normally means breaking the hot air fan unless your lucky

Ok thanks mate. The hot air fan is easy to remove so no worries there. Will let you know how I got on.

Turns out that it was the inlet thermostat. Don’t know how I missed it as I was sure I checked it, after all a second visit made it worthwhile.
