Hi there,
The above dryer does not dry properly, stats and heater ok. This mavchine is senso dry brush is touching drum ok, possibly board faulty?

sensor dry machines suffer from the sensors on the drum paddles getting coated with fabric conditioner and especially drier sheets, bounce, tumble fresh etc.

using white spirit vinegar, moisten a soft clothe and wipe the drum paddles, the customer should do this regularly.
also do the same on the band that the carbon runs on that should solve it.
