White knight – 96AW DEAD

There’s a live feed to module but no lights on display. Machine looks in excellent condition and very well looked after.

Owner says it went ‘ping’ then stopped working.

Can’t see any blown components. No power to control panel (facia). Would it be display unit / control panel be faulty or main power module?

due to my limited knowledge on pcb, looking at the wiring diagrams, it does appear to be that the power stopped dead when it reached to the control board. Door switch works, the bottle switch works as the light did come on when the bottle removed. I don’t know where exactly it stopped on the control board as there’s no power to the display board.

The model is 0312 96A 15000

Any thoughts?

this sounds like a board fault

need to see the board to say more

if you want to post some pics of both sides of the main board will take a look
