    cust says c/d not filling resevoir.its true…loads of water in the bottom.. feed tubes clear so i’m looking at either a blocked pump or a failed one.
    how do i get to the punp? front off, pump by main motor, hardly any access in space between tub and cowling. so i thought back off…couldn’t get air distribution fan off! 😳
    advice please

    lots of info on this one;
    Someone told me to take the screw out the fan, spray your fav light oil, heat with hairdryer 5 mins, then ease from both sides. Worked twice so far.
    Fan off, back off, lots of screws, disconnect heater, tub out.
    Not as bad as it sounds.
