    Hi could somebody advise me please my tumble dryer is making a noise as if a pair of trainers were in it,I want to try and fix it myself if poss because I cant afford an engineer,anybody got any ideas please?is it economical to repair?Also if u can help is there a diagram of the working inside anywhere to help me locate parts?oh sorry one more thing does the drum have one or more bands to turn the drum,because when I took the top off it looked loke there may have been another one on there but only one now?hope to hear from somebody soon.Yes I am female but i’m quite capable.thanks

    there is only 1 belt
    the noise will be the rear drum bearing
    look inside drum at back
    there will be 3xscrews
    check there as if the drum is damaged it won`t be worth repairing
    while looking in drum lift it up and down and you should then see if it is just the rear bearing or the drum split
