white knight cl 767 not heating

I have just replaced the belt on my cl 767 condensing dryer which is around 17 years old,unfortunately whilst taking it apart a blue and white wire came loose from the timer unit and I’m not sure which connection it should go on, I took a chance and stuck it on one of the spare connections and the result is the dryer tumbles no problem but there is no heat coming from it ,the serial number of the dryer is 0048135009,any help would be very much appreciated/alternatively does any one want to buy a nearly new belt for the above that has been used for about 5 minutes 😉
